The goal of the AIDS 2010 conference blog is to foster dialogue and disseminate information, ideas and opinions about the conference and the global response to AIDS. We strongly encourage readers to make comments on the posts and to reply to one another. Anyone can comment by providing their name and email address (email addresses are not visible on the blog).
All posters are fully responsible for the content of their comments. Comments are screened for profanities and advertisements (comments with three or more links will not be posted). Comments are also reviewed after posting and may be removed. Posts that contain "signatures" by someone other than the actual author, make false or misleading claims about HIV and AIDS, solicit funds, or that contain personal attacks or libelous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise illegal or inappropriate material or statements will be removed from the site. Comments and links that are unrelated to the topic of the post may also be deleted.
Those commenting on the blog agree not to use language that abuses or discriminates on the basis of race, religion, nationality, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, drug using status, age, region, disability, etc. In order to maintain an atmosphere of respect and civility, we may block individuals who break the above rules repeatedly.
